Terms of Use

ChartQuest · Last updated 23 August 2026

By playing ChartQuest you agree to these simple rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

Important: ChartQuest is a game for learning. It is not financial advice. The money, trades, and scores in the game are pretend. Nothing in the game is a recommendation to buy or sell anything real. Always talk to a qualified adult or professional before making real financial decisions.

ChartQuest is in beta

ChartQuest includes a Story adventure and a Trading Lab Preview. The demo and the features included in a purchase are described in the offer before checkout. The Lab Preview uses generated prices for guided practice and strategy tests; it does not yet offer live market data or live-market paper trading. If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the game.

Purchases and access

For web purchases, the price is shown at checkout and Stripe processes the payment. Full access is linked to a verified account after payment is confirmed. A refund or disputed payment can remove that purchase’s access. These web-purchase features do not describe an Apple App Store or Google Play purchase.

No real money

"Shells", trades, levels, and rewards inside the game have no real-world cash value and cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money.

The game is provided "as is"

We work hard to make ChartQuest fun and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always work perfectly or never go down. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using (or not being able to use) the game.

Who owns the game

ChartQuest, including its code, artwork, characters, and text, belongs to its creators and is protected by copyright. You may play it, but you may not copy or reuse it without permission.

Ending use

You can stop using the game at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
